Support

Each Veyragram server is run by an operator. They are the people to contact about your account, payments and problems with the service.

Contacting the operator#

The operator’s contact address is in the app under Settings → Help & support, and at /.well-known/security.txt on the site. If neither shows an address, the operator hasn’t published one yet.

When you write, include what you were doing, what you saw (the exact error text helps), the time, and your browser and wallet. A shortened wallet address is enough to identify your account.

Never send your seed phrase, private key or a screenshot of either. No one running Veyragram will ask for them, and no support request needs them. (Importing a key with the bot’s /wallet is something only you start.)

Reporting abuse#

Use Report on a message or in the conversation menu. You choose which messages to include and see exactly what will be shared before sending. The operator receives only what you selected; the server can’t read anything else. To stop someone contacting you straight away, Block them.

Reporting a security problem#

If you find a security weakness in Veyragram, report it privately to the address in /.well-known/security.txt rather than in a public place or an in-app report. Describe the problem and how to reproduce it, and give the operator reasonable time to fix it before discussing it publicly. Don’t access other people’s data or disrupt the service while testing.
